• Letter of Intent due to CAAG for submission of regional account applications to include announcement of partnerships (This may change each year but should be the first Monday of September)
• Final approval of the MOD by the MOD Committee, Management Committee and Regional Council for submission to ADOH

• Final approval of MOD by ADOH
  
  
• NOVEMBER
• Public participation begins for the new CDBG round
  
  
• DECEMBER
• ADOH Technical Assistance meeting held in Apache Junction to discuss proposed projects and eligibility
  
  
• APRIL
• Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Month – workshop held by CAAG in Superior
  
  
• MAY
• ADOH Technical Assistance meeting held in Superior to review applications for submittal
  
  
• JUNE
• Regional account applications due to CAAG for review and approval from the MOD Committee, Management Committee and Regional Council for submission to ADOH (This may change each year but should be the first day of June)
• State Special Project applications due to ADOH for funding (June 1)
  
  
• JULY
• Regional Account applications due to ADOH for funding (July 1)
