Pathways Out of Poverty Applicants

Who Should Apply?

Individuals ready to embark on a new career path who are:
•  A U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the state
•   18 years or older
•   A resident of Gila or Pinal county

AND fall into one or more of the below groups:
•   Laid off from mining industry, manufacturing, oil and gas extraction, construction, or related industries
•   Veterans
•   Have a criminal record
•   Limited English proficiency acceptable
•   Indian and Native Americans
•   Individuals with disabilities
•   HS Diploma or GED NOT required
